2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made via our website, WhatsApp, or contact number.
- Payments are required as per the selected service plan.
- Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price.
- Refunds are applicable only in cases of service cancellation by Shine & Spark Services.
3. Service Policy
- Our cleaning professionals are trained and verified.
- Shine & Spark Services ensures careful handling of household items, but we are not liable for pre-existing damages or fragile items unless disclosed prior to service.
- Any complaints regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours for resolution.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Customers can cancel or reschedule a booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers should ensure access to the home and provide necessary instructions for effective cleaning.
- Pets, valuables, and sensitive items should be secured during the cleaning service.

- Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for service provision and communication.

7. Limitation of Liability
- Shine & Spark Services is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.
- Liability for any direct damage caused by our staff will be limited to the value of the service provided.
