1. Service Cancellation by Customer
- Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
2. Service Cancellation by Shine & Spark Services
- If a service is canceled by Shine & Spark Services due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or operational issues, a full refund will be issued.
- Customers will be notified immediately, and refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Refunds Due to Service Quality Issues
- We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning service, please report the issue within 24 hours of completion.
- Our team will assess the complaint and, if justified, offer a partial or full refund or a re-cleaning service at no extra charge.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction due to:
- Items or areas not included in the booked service package.
- Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or fragile items not disclosed before service.
- Changes in customer preference after service completion.
